Four of our high field state-of-the-art NMR Spectrometers are equipped with Cryo Probe technology. It also includes a flow probe which is installed on 600 MHz. These Cryo Probes use cryogenic RF coils and preamplifiers cooled by a closed refrigeration system. This reduces substantially, contributions of the thermal noise of the RF coil and the associated electronics in the actual signals. Hence the coil performance is improved significantly (signal throughput enhancement upto 16 fold). In brief, this leads to substantial sensitivity gain and thus samples in minor quantities can be analyzed. The Chemists are now able to record signals of minor amount of samples.
