|NMR SPECTROSCOPY||The NMR spectroscopy facility at I.C.C.B.S. provides access to state of the art NMR spectrometers instrumentation which includes twelve Bruker AVANCE-NMR spectrometers at 300, 400, 500 and 600 MHz with cryo probes and LC attachment. These spectrometers are running round the clock and helping in the study of structure and function of biological macromolecules, as well as small organic molecules. The Center also offers extensive training in basic and advanced NMR experiments to users, operators and engineers on nominal cost.|
|MASS SPECTROMETRY||ICCBS has a world class mass spectrometric facility Equipped with six large magnetic sector mass Spectrometers including Jeol HX110 (largest commercially available mass spectrometer), Jeol JMS 600 mass spectrometers (Two), Thermo Finnegan mass spectrometers, Jeol SX mass spectrometer, Perkin Elmer LC-MS, Shimadzu GC-MS (Two), MAT 311, and MAT 312 and MAT 313 mass spectrometers. These machines are used to study the molecular weight and composition as essential tools for modern chemical and biochemical science research.|
|SINGLE-CRYSTAL X-RAY DIFFRACTION FACILITY|
ICCBS has two state-of-the-art single-crystal x-ray diffracto meters (Siemens P4 and Bruker Enrauf-Nonius Apex smart) which are used to determine the three dimensional structures of complex organic molecules.
|OTHER SPECTROSCOPIC FACILITIES|
Other spectrometric facilities at the ICCBS include several FT-IR sepectro photometers (four), UV spectrophotometers, CD-ORD, ELISA readers (three), Gas chromatographs, elemental analyzers, polarimeters, ICP for metal analysis, PCR machines, etc.
